The Avernakø/Korshavn Art Society welcomes you to some of Denmark’s most attractive natural scenery, the Southern Funen Archipelago – and the island of Avernakø! We thank you for the great interest thousands of visitors have shown us during the nearly eight years DEN LILLE KUNSTHAL has existed, and we look forward to welcoming you again to the coming summer exhibition Ø-inspirationer in Avernakø year 2012! DEN LILLE KUNSTHAL is situated in the farm buildings at the old vicarage in Avernakø. The former stable of the vicarage is found in the heart of the ancient Avernakø village in parklike surroundings. This stable has now been converted into an approx. 200 m2 big summer gallery, but the building’s original stable character remains.			.
				The eight previous exhibitions have been a fantastic journey, with art, interesting people and boundless inspiration. Over and above the classical free art forms, design and handicrafts, another creative element, viz landscape architecture, has been added as a theme.
